Hale Bopp Leech // Trout Spey or Stillwater Size #8

This fly gets bit.  Period.  The Mohair body throws off great bubble action and seems to get trout. We don’t have much more of an explanation. This is one of the first patterns we use for both stillwater fishing and Trout Spey due to its sparse body.

We like to swing this fly on rivers on sink tips, especially in the fall.
